In a forum post for a profile i was using it told me to go into advanced settings and change the mob pull distance to 100 to fix issues. I cannot figure out how to get into the advanced settings and if anybody could tell me how it would be greatly appreciated.

While there is still an "Advanced Settings" button on the HB interface, there is no more "Pull Distance" option. That was removed a few versions of HB ago. Pull distance is now controlled by the profile, or at least that's what it seems. I could be wrong, though. That profile you linked was made before the "Pull Distance" option was removed from HB.
