[Addition to Plugin] Talented Death Kinight Blood Tank Build

Here is also one for Resto Druid out of the Macro Section. Would be nice if the next release includes these profiles.

Hi storm, both you and kuku have a wrong XML , i just fixed yours, talent spec= 2

1 blood
2 frost
3 unholy

I dont see any difference?^^ My XML is exactly the same.. or at least the Tab... (filler)

I took your xml and extended your xml to the missing points to level 85
