Account wont bind

Sorry if anyone else posted something similar i did not bother checking entire thread.

After some back and forth earlier today i tried this, which did work.




Step 1:
  • Go into buddy shop, make new password.

Step 2:
  • Go into forum account update your profile.

Step 3:
  • Enjoy! (might want to wait a minute or two as mentioned it may take a few minutes to be applied)
And yes even tho password is exactly the same it should work.

you can also simply remove the username and password in that edit profile page that are there already and retype them then close down your browser reload buddyforum and tadaa lifetimer.
got it on both accounts now.
 
I'm a lifetimer - I reentered my shop account and saved - but my status did not change to "lifetimer" - thank you in advance of any suggested fixes.

you are lifetimer, it takes a few seconds to a minute to load up.
 
Had the same problem, reentered my id 3 times and it worked!
 
Hi all ... have tried to update several times, posting this as a trial still says buddy even though I am a lifetimer
Have updated shop and forum with same password everytime and still no joy
any suggestions welcome

I'm a lifetimer and have tried to bind my account like 10 times and for some reason it won't say lifetimer under my name. :(


LOL nvm I guess it works now.
 
Same issue, lifetimer here but getting a weird SQL error. Cant get the page to stop to view error, it just refreshes. Cleared cache and used IE and FF
 
Same error as everyone else, lifer.
- cleared internet cache
- reset password in shop
- attempted to modify password on forum profile
- SQL error
- now i get authentication errors when attempting to log into HB (and yes i used the right passwords)

*slight edit*
when i changed my shop password to the same password as the forums, i don't get a sql error anymore. seems to be the databases that hold the passwords separate is crossed? maybe a sql statement gone wrong? as soon as i make the passwords match, i no longer recieve authentication errors from HB either...

Just a quick test for Lifetimer.

Shows up right but I don't have access to download honorbuddy
