What do you mean with appeal?

I mean if you first time get terminated or peram Ban, you can login your account create a ticket for appeal.
you have 3 times for appeal and you may get your account back.
I got ban about half month ago and i appeal ,they change to 72 hours lock. right now i get my account back.
