Account suspended

Got disconnected last night, when I tried to log in again it said that my account had been suspended. I haven't gotten any e-mails yet, and I still can't log in.

I was botting in Ashran. Kinda funny that it hit me now. Been botting for years now. Never saw it coming

edit: not sure if it's just for 24/72 hours - or if it's permanent

As far as I know:
Suspended != banned
banned = perma ban -> you are suspended for some hours.

Suspension = Error #203

I made a ticket since i didnt recieve an email. was a 72 hour ban
