Hi guys,
I'm thinking of selling my account, after tapping in the stuff that the account currently has I've got a couple of quotes around the ?900/$1500 dollar mark (so its not a shit account by any means lol)
What I'm wondering is has anyone sold accounts of this high a level to a company and not been ripped off? What I'm really worried about is if I sell it and don't get paid, thats a LOT of revenue lost.

Any thoughts here would be great!

if you ever find a buyer just give me a call loooooooool.
at least if you find one buyer it will be private.! All account buying companies buy accounts for 100-250$ MAAAAAAAX.
if you find another one that gives you more than 350$ ITS A SCAM.

never the less, yo sell an account 1500$ you must have 7 chars level 80 with full t.8 man..!
before a few weeks my m8 bought account from ebay with 3 level 80 inside. Main char was 3/5 t.10 and the rest were fuill pvp gear(4/5 rentless etc)
and the price for that account was ?350.

accounts aint going that much anymore.

anw wish u got the point and not get scammed from companies that give high prices to steal your accounts.

In DAoC when Catacombs came out I sold my 2 acct combo for ~2000$ usd and was not ripped off. if ur using paypal have them be verified send it as a gift, and in the text have them put exactly what its for, keep ALL conversations (text or vent or phone) on hand. make sure that the funds are completed (meaning not pending) before giving acct info away. If they can't wait 2-3 days for an eCheck they sent, then its prob a scam

I've also sold many wow accts 300-900$ usd. i've had 9 warriors lol. i like them =)
 
OP: are they private people, if so how did you go about contacting them/advertising your account to them? or are you selling to a company?

accounts cost 200 eur those days full t20

so either you want to scam someone or someone wants to scam you
 
hes probs got stuff like warglaives, ashes of alar or spectral tiger
these make accounts much more valuable

150 euro is the max price for you account; stop dreaming at 1500 dollars
 
so typically accounts go for $150-200 euro or roughly $300? Is there a place that just sells Level 80s and not the whole account with all its unknown baggage? Level 80 transfer to my fresh WOTLK account with same last name as theirs should work or is there a risk in that.

I've never sold a WOW account, last account I sold was my SWG Jedi first to unlock on Starsider for $5500 back in 2004 and I went straight to the car dealer and bought a used BMW lol.

I tried to sell another SWG account for $900 one year later and got scammed on Ebay and I haven't sold any account since then coz of the bad experience(he reversed charged and my Paypal got locked for 3 months)

you are NEVER going to sell an account for above 500-600$. And that is if they are geared in all t10 25 man and they have every mount, achievement, and maybe 3-5 alternate 80s

i just bought a wotlk account with, 2 80s, 1 74, 1 60, and a b unch of 40-50s for 30$.
 
i don't get that at all, a whole wotlk account is at the cheapest around $70 bucks isn't it? was it your cousin or neighbor?

But seriously, you could sell it maybe for 200 if its good geared. thats about it.
 
Depends on the buyer, if you want trust go cheap, if you want to take a risk go high.
 
Make sure its not stupid money like yen :p . Rule of thumb avg fully geared t10 + full pvp set with epic flying and 10k gold net bout ?200 - ?400 private buy. Bout half that for mass retailers
