Hey I have a question with regards to account management and how I should bot,
I used to bot on my main account, but since It was hit with a six month suspension (from the 13/5/2015 event) I don't want to risk that account receiving a permanent ban. Currently I am using another account linked to the same battlenet where I bot a little bit.
I also have a non-upgraded standard Battlechest account [max level cap of 90] where I level up characters and will be dungeon farming/auctioning. However this one is under a different battlenet account (attached to another account that recieved a six month suspension (also non-upgraded)- Reason I attached it was because that account already had a few heirlooms.
I've become slightly attached to my second account (the one I occasionally bot on) [Predominantly use combat routines], I'm not too worried If I do end up getting banned on that account, however ONLY if it does not have direct impact into my main account. I barely afk bot on that account
I'm considering on making again another account for me utilise for pleasure instead of farming. This is due to the WoW sale [half price battlechest+40% off Warlords of draenor] Which is a pretty big deal for me. + I could recruit a friend with my main account on it. (free mount)
Should I attach this account to my battlenet? [I will probably supervise this account less than the secondary account, much much more than the gold farming account]
This will mean I have 3 accounts where I don't bot for gold and 1 where I do.
Battlenet A[Main account]- no botting
Battlenet A[Secondary Account]- Botting with 100% supervision (low duration)
Battlenet B[Farming Account]-Botting with low (30-50%) supervision 6-9H every 2 days
Should I make a Battlenet C[new account] or------> Battlnet A[Third account],
The sale is tempting and I have a feeling one of my other accounts will be tackled down soon. I believe that if blizzard catches me botting on 3 accounts linked to the same battlenet with a history of the main one already receiving a 6 month suspension it could result in all accounts perma-banned, with possible battlenet lock {if that's even possible}.
The only reason I am considering attaching this new account would be due to the fact I have account wide achievements/heirlooms. If I wanted rank 1 glad/hero for season 17 or some of the new achievements I could bot it on that account with a lower possibility of it impacting my main account. (this account would also be open to be used for botting with multiple programs/platforms)
Hopefully this isn't too confusing. I believe a posts with regards to botting on same battlenet has been opened before however, does anyone have experience with having a bot account effect another account which someone didn't bot on?
