Account gets locked every time i reboot PC and/or reboot router.Solution needed.

Subj pretty much and it wont even allow me to answer secret question in game, gotta do it via site for every account and it takes too much time. I cant contact support for obvious reasons. Anyone knows how to fix this?

restarting the pc wouldn't cause it
also powering off the router wouldn't cause it.

the only thing that may cause it is an IP change , or a wire/router change/replacement

even botters can send tickets to blizzard..
 
this is happening to me also, yesterday they all got locked without even changing ip, just farming- - all dc - all locked
 
Yep me also. Very frustrating. I had to do it yesterday and again today to all my bots.
 
i cant even unlock them from the game client today. when i unlock it from the website, then go to log into the account through the client it gets locked again. Is everyone experiencing this? Sounds like some kind of bug.
 
Same here, its really disturbing. Happening every time my ISP changes Ip's, once per day. Not worried about the 30 minutes it takes to get everything back on track,but it is really bothering.
 
same here... something smells fishy to me as noone is complaining on bnet forums about this.
 
I too got 2 of my accounts locked, but whenever I try to unlock it via email link, they just keep on saying that im entering the wrong details so I have to make a ticket for it, so far got the first account unlocked. the second account lock was a bit late so I had to make a new ticket again. im hoping the response is as fast as the first one.
 
Happened to me today too, had to do password recovery crap for all my bots, took forever.
 
i had same problem for a while with 2 my accounts but i could enter the secret question and it was ok stopped when i gave my us account away now only have eu accounts and not had it since might be coincidence or maybe i was just lucky no idea.
 
Started happening to me recently as well. It's only my bots too, my mule never gets locked.

Inc banwave?
 
Same here. Started with only a few accounts and now all my bots require a pw reset. Mule doesn't have this problem.

This maybe?...Or a bug in the client?

I turn off my pc's/laptops all the time and never have this issue; I'm a little concerned for everyone..

Notes:

I do not use an authenticator.
I rarely power down my router (haven't since 12/18).
 
Do you guys use yar with multiple win users? Happened to me too sinfe switching from vms. But only on accounts which run on diff users.
 
If you guys wanna regain control now just add authenticators. I was forced to do it for all my bots last night. I do, however, believe its a glitch because I did find one forum on the official d3 site:

If you go to the 2nd page you can see a guy named Sting is having the same issue with looping account locked and no way to answer secret question via in game file.

YAR doesn't support auth though.
