Well I must say that 1 account was banned permanently and 2 are suspended for 72 hours.
Just recieved the answer for my petition for 72 hour suspension... They say that my account is suspended due to using software for automatization of game process.
I have just a suggestion, how they know I am botting. Its not a matter of game time online, I was running HB on another account 24/7 7 days a week and nothing. The point is that on that account I was running Battle Grounds and high end mining/herb gathering with low drop rates, which gave no or almost no mail sent to alt character. But these shamans of mine leveled from 1 to 80 and got banned. They during leveling got tons of junk and sent it to their 1 lvl alts. I think Blizz made a script which calculates incoming and outgoing mail and when the number of transfered items goes more then some considerable point they count you as a bot.

I was just hit with this today and i wasnt botting at the time. Last time i botted was a couple days ago.
