Account Blizzard question

Hello; Me and my friend were boting on a account that got banned, now the question is.

If we appeal this ban and say the account was hacked. because the Original IP was different from the IP used now. ( We have the real account owner who can appeal from his ip )

Does then our main accounts get banned with that same ip? because we said that IP hacked the account in question?

This is the wrong section mate, you'd get a better response here and less flack from mods.

This reply will be hypothetical as the true nature of the beast that is Blizzard, pertaining to ban mentality, is figurative; that said, Blizzard appears to monitor an IP for a returning figure - if you go this route, and it succeeds, I'd suggest contacting your ISP and requesting a new IP address.
