Account Banned Advice please...

Tried to log on today and it said I was banned
I have been running HB to level a toon (mage) using Questing. I probably left the bot on for too long....

I have submitted this ticket to blizzard

"I went to log in after not being on WoW for awhile, I got a "banned account" message.
Not sure what I have done wrong
I would like some clarification, please"

Ay suggestions what else to do guys?

Like he said ^ I play stupid roll when I get banned. Just deny it and say its absurd that you accuse me of botting *or w/e the email says you did*. Little more info though.. did you buy that account from all those sellers? Or bought it legitly yourself? How long did you run it for? curious

Well I always say.. bot as long as you would actually play for... If you would quest realistically for 10 hours.. then bot it for 10 hours... etc.

I had the ban over turned last night, was able to raid.
I have gone to log in today and it says it is suspended again....
