My account got Suspension (72 Hours) for useing the dung bot 4 1st hrs..

even talked in /instance from time to time

Did your bot look like a bot while doing the dungeon like getting stuck and so on and if so did any one comment on it or even ask if you were botting .? And what did the email say from blizz.?

Just noticed this is in the general forums, there is a section for reporting bans Ban Section - Ban Reports

Also there is a set format Ban Report Form
