First of all, thank you for the feedback and the log file.

DnD and Defile should be used in following conditions;

Frost - 1Handed => On cooldown when there are more then 1 target within 10 yards of your current target. (3 targets in total)
Frost - 2Handed => On cooldown
Unholy => When you have 2 unholy or unholy-death runes ready and there is a target within 10 yards of your current target. (2 targets in total)

If you are experiencing DnD and/or Defile not being used even in those conditions, please let me know. I will run some tests.

DnD and Defile should be used in following conditions;

The Walled City fights you can see in that log file were all Frost 1H - the trash fights are pretty tame, so I don't think the mobs were bunched up much. The target dummy logs were Unholy. I'll test with Frost 2H and see what happens.

Blood DK : Disabling death grip would be nice. Also saving 1 blood rune for rune tap would be good.

ok here's what i've found out so far : It very rarely casts Outbreak, and does seem to not use Plague Strike as often as it should to refresh Blood Plague. Thus when it tries to use Plague Leech, there's only Frost Fever on the target and Plague leech cannot be used so the CR tries to spam Plague leech.View attachment 5116 2016-01-06 18.00.txt

EDIT: AGAIN IN PANDARIA .... QUEST:road rations ....

can i have a refound? :S maybe at 100 will be good , but this simples things .... and nothing for use or not in the menu ....if yoy compare whit the tuanha menus.,... :S

I am sorry for the late reply. I will add an option to disable death grip right away.

I assume you have Necrotic Plague talent. When you have that talent Outbreak will be rarely used as it is higher dps to use Unholy Blight to stack Necrotic Plague instead.

I am truly sorry for this bug. I will disable path of frost usage during questing.

• Path of Frost usage is disabled during questing to avoid issues with underwater quests.
• Death Grip usage can now be disabled from Disallowed Spells setting

Have Defile talent and it still has very low usage of Outbreak. I changed my talent from Plague Leech to Plaguebearer and the ability spam stopped, so it's definitely from that.

Can you give it another try ? Latest version has some changes for debuff detections which might have fixed the issue

Thank you for the feedback and the log file. A new version is on it's way that fixes the Blood Tap issue.

As for build suggestion for unholy, this should be fine with almost all talent choices. However, its mostly optimized for simcraft suggestions which are Plague Leech, Blood Tap and Breath of Sindragosa for single target and Unholy Blight, Blood Tap, Necrotic Plague for multi target dps.
