Accept queues?

Hi,

unfortunately dungeonbuddy does not support hellfire citadel, so i was wondering if there is at least a profile or plugin or whatever which auto accepts the queue when it pops up so i can go afk till queue pop.

LFR support may be broken, but I've used it for role and ready checks
