Acc with Lifetime session - problem

Ive purchased yday 1 acc with 3 lifetime d3 sessions and when i try to log 2nd account its not working now. Yesterday was working with 2 sessions now but now i get the error.

Whats wrong ?

Hmm, something is wrong. On one pc i get Max Sessions....on another pc is working 2nd session. Whats going on ? (

I'm getting the same issue and I tried doing what you said but I'm a little confused on how to accomplish that. So what do I click on once I get to the page cause I'm logged into it right now.
