Acc unbanned, never played and banned again

this acc was hit by the major banwave and i was able to unban this acc. since then i only log in 1 time by myself and today it got banned again.

how can this happen?

edit: i checked the mails, the mail from the last ban was different than this time. do they maybe have more than 1 team working on this?

He did say "never played" since the unban.

He didn't say when the ban/unban was. It is possible that they ran new scans of their logged data and dished out new bans based on that. This could be worth an appeal if no one has even logged into the account since the "unban".
 
first time i got banned on 18/19 in the night. next day i could get unbanned and just logged in on the same day to check my account. since then i never start the bot or logged in again.

dont know how this could happen T_T

People keep saying this but it doesnt make any sense, if it was software detection there wouldnt be instances of people who use multiple accounts getting 4/5 banned and the one account that didnt get banned was the one that never botted.

How did you get it unbanned in the first place? What did you tell them
 
Some people get banned for 72 days in WoW (suspended), and then instead of being unbanned, they get permabanned.

So just because you got unbanned doesn't mean they stop investigating.

They probably saw you only logged in an hour compared to 8-12 hours you used to, and decided to ban you again because it's obvious you did bot, else why would you only login for 1 hour after being unbanned.
You should, if you didn't bot, would be playing same amount again.

I could tell you the real reason if I knew what you told them that they unbanned you
It's mainly speculation I'm throwing out at the moment based on past experience and limited information you provided.

well what you say will sound funny, in 2012-12-25 03:37, add 10 hour to that and your banned. Thats when the next wave attacks. Yeah all info is there.
