Acc locked due to AH related issue

So i woke up , my account was suspended , and i had received this e-mail

"This Diablo III account has been locked due to an auction related issue. Until this issue is resolved, the account will be unavailable for play and access to the Diablo III auction house restricted.

To recover this account, please contact our support team: http://eu.battle.net/support/article/contact."

Anyone know what this is about?
 
mine got locked to, i called them and they said is was due to susspisos loggings from various locations.... (UK, sweden and germany) and my rMAH gold
they montitor all this sh*t
 
I called em on the phone and they said it was due to the fact that my paypal and my battle.net acc were registered to different names( Im guessing it got flagged cause i sold like 150-200 mil last week ) . But they reopened the acc directly and said they would try to fix it so it doenst get locked again. Awesome :)
 
my got reopend instantly after the phone call with support, i am selling stuff on the rmah since its opening
 
I had the same issues. I had to wait 4 days for my ticket to be answered and they told me that the account name and payment method (paypall) didn't had the same name on it. I've been selling with this account since RMAH went online and they decide to suspend my account now....

I logged into my account, remove the payment method (my paypall) and my account got unlocked a fews hours later. you can try that if they take too long to answer your ticket.

How did you explain why the accounts were linked to different names?
 
be aware also, that they will lock your account if you reset your authenticator.

Granted I called them over the phone and they unlocked it right away. But it was a PITA

I heard you had the same , what did they ask you when you called?

I ve made a big buying , like 1500 euros on RMAH , and i changed the country where i used to live , is that the reason ?
