Is it true that blizzard made Russian Diablo 3 cd keys english language supported ? Meaning we can buy russian diablo 3 cd keys and play them in english language ? Was there a blue or blog entry somewhere about this ?

Currently classic D3 Russian accounts are playable in English, I confirm that.
As far as I know there is no confirmation from blizzard and there is no evidence that Russian RoS will be still playable in English.

Yes, Russian language locked accounts are playable in English since January.
