good on you this is what happened to my 7 year old son, never botted his account ever, we went on holiday to nyc for the weekend then two weeks later to turkey for a week he played in both countries, he also plays in London, (we live in kent ) he was banned last week so I claimed back every penny through iTunes over £50

We didn't travel at all. Our adventures bascally extend from Bridgend to Swansea in South Wales which involves driving into supermarket and department store car parks and seeing whats there to catch. As for cheating? I wasn't really sure what a bot was, I heard about them when I played Runescape in 2004 but clueless otherwise. Am getting the hang of it now though, I just need to figure out good places to send mine in the UK. It's just a case of reading various forums on the internet and learning as I go.

Glad to see everyone getting their refunds. May I ask what you were spending so much money on ? I brought one lot of coins and increased my pokemon and items storage and found that more than enough with the bot cleaning up the excess items.

Multiple GO accounts all coins purchased on one AppleID. They can't tell which account the coins were purchased for, nor do they care. Just that they were all purchased from the same APPLE account.

Pokémon Go is free. If you choose to spend real $ in game for items, etc... and bot on the same account, in my opinion you should not try to get a refund due to it is not your money at that point but it is theirs. If you are going to bot do it on an account you don't care about and hope it does not get banned. Me personally, I have my main account that I will use (without any botting/gps mods) and then my bot accounts. Once trading is implemented I will trade my 100% IV's to my main as needed. I am not even powering up my 100% IVs on my bot accounts.

Sounds like you are a saint. I demand a refund not because I desperately need my 200 USD but because I want to do my part to punish Niantic, the most grossly incompetent, irresponsible, and arrogant game dev I have ever seen. NIANTIC DOESNT DESERVE THE 200 USD!!!

They knew from the very beginning that their game is faulty and they do nothing to stop GPS spoofing and API issue before the launch. They knew very well that there will be rampant cheating and GPS spoofing but they still decided to release the game. This has put innocent players in an impossible situation, you either join the cheaters or you quit. I found out that other people can reach the level that I grinded two weeks to reach , so I decided to join them. Now Im part of the rebellion group, and I will fight Niantic to death!! lol
