Hi, what is the best Battle Grounds to use to gain honor points? There are so many to choose from.

Also, what is the best to use after level 70 - 80? And is there a difference to the choices at this time?

Blizzard explains it pretty well.

Calls to Arms occur during most weekends, starting on Thursday night at midnight and continuing until Tuesday morning. During a Call to Arms, emmissaries from that Battleground will be found in the major cities, and honor/faction rewards for performing objectives in that battleground are increased.

When you click the PvP icon in-game, it will tell you in little brackets which BG is currently running Call to Arms.

Alterac Valley is the best for Honor gains.
If it is Alterac Valley is a battleground, and when Call to Arms happens for Alterac Valley it is the best.
When Call to Arms comes for other battlegrounds, that battleground is the best for the weekend.

I see, do we have to talk to this NPC to start the Call to Arms quest for more points? Or is this automatic during the weekend time?

Press 'H', click Battlegrounds and the list should appear. Choose the one that has it's name and then (Call to Arms). It'll be automatic.
