about Chinese version

why Instancebuddy can not work in Chinese version bot?
I have put Instancebuddy in bot folder,but after I login, Honorbuddy can not recognize Instancebuddy,I can not find Instancebuddy in the list

but the mainland Chinese version dosen't have a Plugin like Instancebuddy

that means that there is no support for IB
you cant use EU/US Hb files on Chinese Hb version
