Able to use old questing profiles on un changed lands.

I was wonder if it is possible to use old questing profiles in cata. Like tanaris for example, it was unchanged, could i use questing profiles on it?

Tanaris was changed, but questing profiles aren't a thing to joke about, they're hard to make due to not a lot of tags

Highly unlikely to work. Some of the quests might work, but I wouldn't count on it. Generally, all the quests in the 'classic' areas have been changed or replaced. Even quests with the 'same names' as the old ones now have different QuestIds, and the items that complete the objectives are different.

As a rule of thumb,

• all old questing profiles for Kalimdor and Eastern Kindgoms are unusable
  Find one of the handful of 'new' profiles--Killakaz has an Alliance one, and there are a couple of people working on Horde ones. More will be coming in the next couple of months, I'm certain.
  
  
• Outland questing profiles should still be good
  
  
• Northrend questing profile should still be good
