AB or quest

hi guys im currently lvling a mage lvl 70 i was just wondering what would u recommend for fastest leveling ,
archeology or questing? i tried questing last night and my mage was getting ganked and died alot. any suggestions please.

I usually lvl from 70 to 75 using mixed mode istancebuddy (but only running into the nexus, blacklisting other dungeons) and AB.

from 75 to 80 AB only

how long does it take because i ran AB all day today from lvl 70, and ive only just hit 71 , and i have epic flyer 280 :S ?
