AB keep crash and disconnect all the time

AB keep crash all the time and if no crash i get disconnect 5-10 mins after logging in
and it gives me this error sometimes in the past few days but my problem with disconnect has been
for long time 15-20 days ago

so any fix for that problem this is my 3rd post about that problem and no answer
