AB doesn't work for NA client

it's been 4 days for me , and i can't play the game using AB
it's work well for EU
but can't it on NA

This is log when i tried to play on NA

and then the game stuck at animation screen ( sketch )



this is log when i tried to play on EU

do i miss something ?

almost a week im unable to play AA using AB

do you maybe use socks or vpn or something like that? maybe this is the reason for a bad connection to the server and the "stuck in loadingscreen" ?

no i didn't use socks or vpn , and it's been a month's everything run smooth , but since 6 days ago AB won't let me play NA client , always stuck at cinematic ,
