AB crashing after cpu Spike

My AB client and the AA clients are crashing randomly while botting. My VM's cpu is holding around 45% and will hold for anywhere from 15minutes to an hour, then randomly it spikes to 100% (From a steady 45%) and it closes both AA clients and closes AB. This has never happened before yesterdays update. Any ideas?

My host PC's CPU isnt anywhere close to maxing when this happens. The spike is taking my host cpu to like 30%

Have you tried running without VM? :)
 
I dont have AB on my Host PC. But I ran just one account and it held fine. But I've never experienced this and my VM is set up to easily handle 4 clients and I only run 2.
