when I log in char oab crash, know tell me if this is working properly and so I am with this problem? thank you

Hi, can you send me debug.log from AB folder after you get crash?

And check please windows logs, find there info about AB crash:

On the Start menu, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Event Viewer.
In Event Viewer, click Application. And try to find crashes related to AB here

I am a returning user an I like the new AB interface alot. Great job. I was trying to run it to level my character. When I go from the Character selection screen ArcheAge crashes. Below are the logs. Any advice would be appreciated. I allowed exceptions for AB with my anti-virus (BitDefender)

No NpAPI folder exsists on my system
No VPN. Using BitDefender Total Security running in game mode

try unistall bitdefender i had problems with it even in gaming mode(like crashes and didnt let me open multiclient) with AB and other games bots. unistall of it worked for me!!

Bitdefender uninstall worked. Now I need to figure out how to make it work with bitdefender.

after last update, I logged in my AB received 0 of buddystore though I already bought 2 plugin , this was alright and now what happen?I had one session and 3 sessionsi check in buddystore not change anything
