[A3 Inferno] Ultimate SkyHigh Farm

Hey Magi,

I'm ultimate skyhigh extended. I have found with my TR monk it is having trouble entering the entrance to Skycrown from WP. My other two instances are fine... sometimes it works but quite a few times it doesn't and trips the gold timer.

It is trying to enter but running back and forward at the door.

Any support would be great as I love this profile :D.

ok so im not sure if this is a profile thing or not, but ill post this and give an up date later on whether or not it repeats, i re-installed all the DB stuff including plugins and routines, however im still using the same downloaded profile to see if it is the profile doing this:

the problem ive been having is that the bot will constantly "click" the WP and not actually click the WP its trying to go to, it also does it on the stash and the shops.
ive seen it do it twice, that ive noticed. i will keep an eye on it and if it does it again ill re-download the profile and test that.

this is going to be a hard fix i believe because it doesn't show anything in the log about it except when the gold inactivity trips.

ill keep you informed
 
Weird that you guys are having so many issues. As Magi is busy....here is my setup.

Latest DB 304, Trinity Combat routine 1.1, latest trinity .10.
Using Ultima Magi Extended. Didn't have to modify anything.

Working perfectly except for shitty Legendaries drops(thats blizzard of coruse). Lots of Sultans sword LOL.

How can i use this profile in YAR?

DB always telling me that there is no profil loaded when i start it with YAR?
Do i need to setup kickstarter profil or something?

It sounds like the Skyhigh profiles you're using got messed up. Shutdown DB, delete the existing profile and re-download it.
 
Im sure the solution is pretty easy... But I'm having trouble getting through barricades. My monk just stands there unable to do anything, and eventually just logs to the character screen, and gets stuck on the first barricade he comes across after logging back in.

Blarg might be giving the wrong advice.
My suggestion: Please delete away your TrinityLogs folder.

There's nothing wrong with the profiles/plugins. Your text logfiles just happened to be malformatted due to a PC crash/restart/hang, so Trinity is unable to write to them even though the bot is running fine. Of course, you can ignore the XML error messages spam.

Oops, I was thinking XML errors meant something was wrong with the profile. :o Hopefully this fixes errol's problem.

just an update on this proble: i haven't seen it again, so i believe it was a db problem that got fixed.

not using trinity from what i can see, make sure u have trinity enabled if you have it, and if you dont, i suggest getting it and enabling it

there is a link for it in the first post
 
so is there a reason the bot goes through the tp at the begining of the run then tp's back to town only to use the wp?

EDIT: i guess i should let you know i use "ultimate magi extended"

i was getting something similar after the last mini-patch, and all i did to fix it was switched to the beta DB, other than that i suggest "re-instaling" DB and your plugins and see if that fixes it first, and if it doesn't try re-downloading the profile. if that still doesn't work, post the log file in the support section of the forums, that would probably get you more help than anything. sorry i cant be more help, i can only help to the extent of my personal experiences
 
Not sure how noone ever noticed, and it's not every run or grid.. but I would guestimate one in every ten runs of " [A3 - Inferno] Ultima Magi (Extended) " has a critical issue in Rakkiki's Crossing... The bot at the bottom of the second staircase just paces back and forth for about 10 to 20 minutes till it has to create a new game, It physically cant cross or get near the next zone??

Regardless it causes a rough loss of 5 mil exp an hour, from my testing [A3 - Inferno] Ultima Magi (Extended) has been the most efficient profiles I've found for inferno paragon grinding, keeps me around 4 deaths and 30mil an hour on a DH in MP3.

Have to use the skyhigh farm profile now which is nice, but 5 to 10 mil exp an hour less...

Any ideas??

Yeah I've seen this too, and yes it is bloody annoying, you can change your bot's kill radius and loot radius to about 100-120 yards, and it should be able to continue by itself across the small pathing problem. I have mine set to 80 and it seems to do the trick just fine.

The reason I popped on is because I have a question for you botters about the trinity item rules slider, my bot keeps keeping bad items listed as "keep", I have tried switching over too file based item rules (hard) and still I get really bad stuff in my stash. I just wanted to know if there is a 'sweetspot' on the sliders that will keep only items which are decent, ias, cc,cd and weapons that have over 1000 dps only and not vendor / salvage good items accidently.

I had a look at the tutorial and well... it may as well be German to me, I just don't understand how to make it only store good pieces, I have had some luck rings and ammy's selling for 200m+ but still I have to sort through 20-30 items daily to see if they are worth selling, and most are not. Can someone help me configure this thing so I don't have to waste 30-50 minutes a day sorting through crap.

Have you remembered to put the the 'trinityroutine.cs' file into the routines folder? I can't count the amount of times I've done a fresh install and forgotten to do that, and got similar looking messages. That's about all I can think of to help you out there, but for me at least that fixed my problem, could be unrelated but thought I'd offer it up anyways.
