is there a section to post problems about bot?
after i downloaded that latest ver of db, my WD bot @ act1 is always stucking @ festering woods before entering crypt of the ancients and warriors rest, i tried everything clean DB install new plugins download etc etc and still stucking there? anyone else got prob after latest db ver? is there a way to fix that?

I had same problems last night and I took some logs and saved those to txt file and also tooked one screenshot, I can post those here later today after work.

Messages were something like "..taking hops 2...true" "...taking hops 6..true"

It also got stuck to one cellar in "Old Tristram road"

First it got stuck in the woods and I made new game, after that it got stuck to that cellar and I decided to stop whole bot for the night..
 
Mine gets stuck too, my bot runs into one of those brushes you can't pass in A1 and just just stands there for an eternity.
 
I can vouch as I am having the same problems, *log is repeating that it gets stuck on Path with 2 hops recieved ect.

Should take Z into account when navigating with client grid, searches 5x5 cells around destination point and picks closest cell. ( this fixes problems with it getting stuck above portals etc. )

if it picks the closest cell then the player will not be close enough with the portal and cannot click it...


i also got the same problem.. but what did is i revert back to the old version .215
with the old version my profile works fine now.. so i guess its really the new version that is causing stuck

When I get back to home, I'll check the logs and make sure that it is not problem of some plugin, (I cannot be sure yet, it could be Giles Trinity then..)

If it is not a plugin I'll post complete log and screenshots.

Here is attachments to my logs from yesterday and from today. Bot did run one full run without any problems today and I tought that everything is ok now, but then it got stuck in Crypt of the Ancients.

are you using the Trinity unstucker?

Yes, but the bot makes small 3-5cm moves in screen all the time so I think that Unstucker is not triggered.

Also I noticed yesterday that bot started to go in and out from the Crypt of the Ancients, I stopped bot after 12 in-out.

Last night around midnight bot started to run in act3 and I watched it runing and everything was ok in Bridge of Korsic, but it had stucked while after I went to bed.

that contains these "[22:01:54.786 V] Path with 1 hops received (partial: True)" messages and there was like 20-40 of them in DB's main tab log.

After a while I think Error 3007 was shown and bot was disconnected and it had tried to create new game from 1am to 7am :D

I have looked into those logs a little, but I havent checked closely which is actual source of the initial Exception DB or Giles plugins, Giles seems to be a part of the Exception chain.

can you report it in Giles section as well plz,so he can take a look if has something to do with Trinity?
 
I will do it tomorrow and I also try to provide something new information as well. At the moment I'm too tired to look into it, but I try to do it tomorrow evening after work.
 
Hi,

I have currently installed DB to a new folder and installed all plugins as well what I did use in previous installation.
Bot has now run 1 act3 run and starting second act1 run. There has been few places in each act where bot has "stucked" but now it seems that Trinity Unstucker is taking action and leaving game.
Not sure yet, but it seems better now.

I let the bot run one more act1 run and after that chech all versions from db and plugins in my first installation and the latest one. If there is no version differencies I check settings as well.
If there is some difference that may have some part in this problem I will make that change to this new installation and I try to get those "hops.." error occure again.
 
The thing about demon buddy is that it fucking sucks... take your loses and move on....
 
I'm making few more runs, there has been a lot of stucking places in act1, but unstuker has triggered. I'll add screenshots from the places if it matters anyhow.

So I made that new installation.. here is versions of the first and the second (latest) installations:

So the only difference seemed to be GilesTrinity. (I didn't check all the plugins .cs files with "diff" program, but I can esure that tomorrow moring)

So There was still some stuckerings, but I thinkg Giles Unstucker was/would have triggered for all of those.

When I tested my latest installation (the new one) with that "GilesTirinity 1.4.9.1."(old) everyting seemed to (also) work ok

Ok, so the images:
"stucked_two_times_this_place.png" - actually it got stucked to that place to 3 times, it got out there with little help.
All other places seem also similar there is always "U" shaped place where the character is stucked if this helps Giles or DB anyhow.

"stucked_no_new _log_entries.png" example shows place where bot was stucked longer than 20secs, without any log entries.

latest log entries contain information also from "Trinity 1.4.9.1"

"stuckerin_with_act3_also.png" - In this place bot did get "stuck" with 2 times / 2 tries (100%)
Didn't wait for Trinity unstucker. Bot tried to get to that door below, after little help bot continued.

There was also few non "U" shaped places where bot did get stucked, without any reason (logical), check the images.

So actual conclusion for this, because "Trinity 1.4.9.1" and "Trinity 1.5.2" provided good experience with CLEAN new installation of DB I think that problems were caused by DB update somehow..
(Cannot be 100% sure for that, but it seems to be so, because "Trinity 1.4.9.1" worked fine with new installtion, and I didnt got lot of those "hops. (true) -messages")

Tests with latest versions were good and test with latest versions with/using "GilesTrinity 1.4.9.1" were also good.

"latest log entries contain information also from "Trinity 1.4.9.1""; Last entries last or second last are made with this version, others are made with lates version "1.5.2"

Finally now.. bot is again stuck with "Crypt of the ancients" in very same place that my previous images shows.. and Giles Unstucker did trigger... but I think when bot again goes to that location it will get stuck...
