Yes, you are right, there is ANY 100% working bounty profile right now. We buy a bot for 25€ that does not provide the necessary to start botting (if you are not a developer and/or if you don't want to keep weeks or months programming to start botting).
This profile for example, it can't complete the Halls of Agony Level 2 neither the spiders maps when the bounties are about rescuing people. Why? because the way it is programmed, it checks for an actor id once, the problem is that in the halls of agony the rescued people remains on your side so it is like a false positive... and in the spiders map just I didn't discovered what is the cause why it does not work, but as I said this bot just fails the rescuing bounties.
I just directlly disabled/ignored those 2 quests in the xml file, so when one of those quests are found, just reset the game, the problem is that many times it spent resetting 5 minutes...
The worst thing about profiles in general is that DemonBuddy aithors does not provide any official profile, or any fixes to user profiles, nothing of nothing... and they didn't implemented any update mechanism to support/avoid outdated user-profiles.

The purchase of Demonbuddy was for the bot, not for the profiles.
DemonBuddy gives you a framework and tools to create your own profiles. You are completely within your rights to create your own or modify existing public profiles as you see fit.
The reason that you see so many threads which are no longer supported is simple: Publicly available profiles are posted free of charge by a generous developer. They take 10 to 100+ hours to develop and update [...and that doesn't include the time it takes to maintain a thread on the forums!]. By the time something completely breaks that original developer may have moved onto other games or projects.
Then there are many developers that see a broken profile and take it upon themselves to update it or create a new version. They post it up for the community and move on. Once this version breaks, you will see someone else step in and continue the work. It's sort of a "Pay It Forward" model.
I have to also point out that as an avid forum reader here, there are too many posts of "This is broken! Fix it!" without posting any explanation or a log to show the dev what the problem could be. Honestly with so much different hardware and software out there, there will probably never be a bot that runs perfect all of the time on every machine.
Not to mention the lack of THANK YOU posts, and general lack of people sending donations.
With all that said, there have been posts about adding DemonBuddy plugins and profiles to the BuddyStore, meaning that you would have to pay for specific files that would load with your DemonBuddy Login. Hopefully this is setup soon and will lead to more options being available with more frequent updates.
Personally, I have donated several times what I paid for my lifetime membership to individual developers... And I will continue to donate as it helps this community thrive. With BuddyStore, I will gladly pay for polished versions with more frequent updates.
Short of doing it yourself, paying a member to do it for you, there is no way to force someone to make more profiles. Afterall, what do you need other than whats already available:
- Questing 1 working profile.
- Key Farming for infernal keys 1 working profile.
- Uber Farming for hellfire bodyparts 1 working profile.
- Trial Rifts 2 working profiles.
- Normal Rifts 2 working profiles.
- Greater Rifts 2 working profiles.
- Gambling Plugin 2 working plugins.
- Re-logger support to help with game crashes and to schedule gameplay sessions 1 working plugin.
- Bounties 1 semi-working Act 1 profile, No act 2 or 3 profiles, 1 semi-working Act 4 Profile.
