[A1 - Inferno] Champion-Hunting

At the moment, I prefer to use DB .204 with 2.0.2 champion hunting but obviously this combination has issues when the bot reaches Halls of Agony level 3. As it stands, my bot spends ages there before it leaves the game. Is there any way in which to speed up the game leaving process at this point? Or possibly remove a segment of code which will tell the bot to only clear up until the end of the Cursed Hold?
 
I am running latest DB and 1.9.2 (All of the recommended plugins, latest versions, also running stash replacer and identified) and never have stuck issues.

The profile is not as long as I would like, but I bring in a few multimillion items a day so it is still not bad.

Change ur inactivity time to 1. I prefer to use 1.9.2 until DB team fix this problem.

Havnt heard from 5avage in ages. He havnt been around since 1.6, but i still give him credit for the original idea.
 
is this profile best used with a barb or is a wizard fine? my wiz gf farm is sluggish compared to my other guys so im planning to gearing him for champ farming if it proves to be successful at doing so.
 
Same problem everyone else is talking about en-route to halls level 3, also screen shot for reference. Happens every single run.

First of all, don't download the .exe, moron. Wait 5 seconds for the "Skip Ad" button to appear in the top right.

That's because you're using DemonBuddy v204. It's bad at navigating random dungeons, so stop it. Get an older version - Radonic recommends v199.

Sure, if you like dying a lot.


What's better for farming - monk, barbarian, or wizard?
Nobody knows - it's a matter of opinion and it completely depends on how well you gear/build them.

How much Magic Find and Gold Find should I have equipped?
Most people prefer between 150-250 base MF (that is to say, pre-NV buff) for this. You can actually get decent gear with that much MF for relatively cheap on a Monk / Barb. And by relatively cheap, I mean for under 10 million gold.

As for Gold Find, you don't really want any. This is about farming items, not gold.


How much money will I make doing this profile?
Between 0 gold and 250 million gold per day. It completely depends on your drops. Most people who have been running this profile for quite awhile average between 5-10 million a day.

Facts I can share with you:
  • Act 1's drop rate is 4.8% for ilvl 63 items.
  • You can only get 4 property Blacksmithing plans from Act 1.
  • The odds of finding a top tier legendary (e.g. ilvl 62 in most cases) is exceedingly rare if not impossible, even with high MF. This is because the monsters in Act 1 are lower level. You will get a lot of ilvl 51-61 legendaries, though.
  • You will want good loot rules to filter all the crap you'll be seeing drop. Did someone say Giles' Loot Plugin?

Can I run this profile 24/7 like I did with Sarkoth?
Of course you can, because it is 100% AFK-able. But eventually Blizzard will catch on, and then they'll ban your greedy ass.


Why is my melee character attacking so slowly?
Well, he shouldn't be, but go into Belphegor's combat routine settings and try upping your "Tick Rate." It defaults at 10, so change it to 30 or 60.


How do I configure my combat routine?
First, punch yourself in the face. Next, load into a game (you must be in a game) and click the giant "Settings" button on the Main tab of DB.


Why is my character running away from champion packs more often than he spends fighting them?
This is probably Belphegor trying to evade Arcane Enchanted, among other nasty affixes. You can disable this behavior on the Avoidance tab.


How do I make my barbarian use Wrath of the Berserker and Earthquake only on champion packs?
In Belphegor's settings, goto the Barbarian tab, scroll down to the bottom, and move the slider up to 20 for WotB and Earthquake AOE. This will set your barbarian to only use these abilities when facing champions or when surrounded by 20+ monsters.


I'm randomly getting stuck out in the wilderness. Why?
Three possible reasons:
  1. You don't have your Death Handling set to "Logout" because you're dumb.
  2. Your plugins aren't up to date because you're dumb. Update these: Giles' Monster Priority Changer, Giles' World Object Handler, DemonBuddy Enhancements and then delete all your other ones.
  3. Disable goblin chasing in Giles' Monster Priority Changer plugin. You're dumb.

Something else went wrong because I suck at following directions. Help?
Reinstall DemonBuddy in a clean directory and start over.

Just to add that I am running 2.04 DB with the latest updated Giles plugins and version 1.9.2.One of this profile. Just finished about a 12 hour session across several bots.

Totally AFKable and works out slightly better for me as DB isn't very quick yet at navigating random areas (it's slow) and forcing a Town Run slows things as well.

v1.9.2.One is linked in the OP and works like a charm with DB 2.04 - I'm running .204 to be able to run the most recent Giles Stash plugin as the newest version of that is a lot better than the version that is compatible with DB .199

[tl:dr DB 2.04 + v1.9.2.One of this awesome profile work just as smoothly as .199DB and v2.02 of this profile]
 
Which delay is recommended to use? I put 5min - 10min but i think it's too much.
