A1 Champion Hunting and Ban-rates?

Hello,

I used to use DB back when it came out and thankfully I made it to stop botting before all the sarkoth bans got handed out.
I have a few questions and hopefully someone can answer them.

How well does a monk do in act 1 farming champions?, my stats are following:

40k dps, 33k hp, 800 AR, 5k armor, no LoH.

How risky is it to start botting the champions in act 1 in terms of how quickly you get banned, I mean if you take sarkoths banrate and compare it to champion farming in act 1?

Is the bans permanent or 72hr like in WoW?

And lastly, can I run the champion farming profiles fully afk?

as far as i know wow botting banns where perma bans. but aside from that Ihavent heard of anyone being banned yet that only ever used this profile. I think your guy should do fine in act 1 the only thing i would changed is get at least 500 loh. if you have socketed weapons id put the LoH gems in them.

You just need LoH really (Most people say 1.2k LoH, but you can get away with 800 if you attack speed and damage is high enough), and 8k armor would be Ideal.

As long as you don't bot 24/7 and you actually hand play your hero every now and then you should be fine. Most players who got banned from act 1 champion farming probably bot for 14+ hours a day every single day, doing the same exact route without ever taken 1-2 hour breaks in the middle.

I do act 1 real easy, i only have 6.6k armor and 400 loh. If I could i would remove my loh for more dps. LOH is overated, more dps and high health pool with high ar is whats important. You heal yourself with revenge. I run around with 70k dps and slaughter everything.

.... We're talking about a monk and not a barb... Barbs have a few ability that can heal them practically to Full Hp, while still being able to dish out a decent amount of damage. As for a monk, they do have a quite of a bit of heals, but their healing spell don't dish out damage.

You need LoH because the bot is retarded and stands in arcane/molten/plague etc. Even with the recent avoidance added to Belphegor I have seen my bot do some stupid shit.

The avoidance gets me killed more than it saves me.
It also gets the bot stuck ALL THE TIME.

erimin5, Teivovo and mephuser1000 (myself) have botted Inferno Act 1 Champions before getting banned.

Update 06/08:
cityhall89 also banned from botting Inferno Act 1 Champions.

Erm... bro, just to add... My 2 bots were running on two different machines with different public IPs...

BTW: I received ban while using Radonic's [A-1 Inferno] Champion-Hunting

@ Potherox, you need more HP and some LOH. Your dps is great, good job. I've experimented and I think LOH makes a huge difference, though I've never had so much dps to play with. The problem is that Inferno creates really obscene mod combinations on champion packs and your bot will not be smart enough to kite them for an easy win. Plan for the worst possible scenario. Is your char strong enough to tank a pack of Plague + Desecrator + Arcane + Shielding? Can it handle multiple champion packs at the same time? I have 6 barbs all about the same stats, 45k HP, 1000AR(w/ warcry), 1200 LOH, 20k dps(w/ battle rage), and they all die several times a day. I'm really curious how people are botting a2-a3....

Dude everyone in the history of botting has read your ban info by now. You posted that you got banned already. Multiple times. In multiple threads. In multiple subforums. It just looks like you're trolling and trying to scare people.

Potherox and many more haven't. But would you agree that botting Act 1 Inferno Champions doesn't confer perfect protection against ban flagging/detection?

That's because thousands of people are using the champion farming. Repeated behavior is the dead give-away especially if there's more than a thousand people doing it, like I said find a unique area and make your own profile or if you're like me and still using IB find an area and let it run 2-4 minute runs to find something good.

The champion farming profiles do get stuck every so often, all it would take is a GM to watch repeated runs for the same exact movement/waypoints and boom your gone.

if you do Rods act 1 champ farming everything you need is in hte first post.

Not sure whether to count piyanist44 as 5th person banned for botting Act1 Inferno Champion Hunting because he botted Sarkoth also.

I didn't even bot ZK, Core or Sarkoth for 6 of my accounts and yet they got banned.
