A way to Change First/Second name ?

Hey guys,
Just a quick question for more information.
One account(banned one, got it from a friend)..only d3 game key entered..and would like to try to unban it...but my first/second name are not real human names..so i could not prove ownership to Blizz by ID(passport) names match . I am aware there is no option to change them..but what about calling the support and ask them to change them for me manually? The account is banned...would be pretty suspicious on why i would like to change them. Any of you have some experience with this ?
