You might have other rogues out there already then, is it saying You do not have premission to loot that corpse?
works great for me. Only thing is the mail and vendor. not really working. this location <Vendors>

I found Merchant Tantan by accident with bot running back to shrine to mail
The new vendor closer to the grind area try using

Yeah sometimes it says "You do not have permission to loot that corpse" And sometimes nothing at all, just ignores them, walks to them and changes target before he even comes a bit close.
EDIT: I think I solved it. I saw my character pick pocketing but changing target VERY quickly. But I saw that the loot window got up also very quickly, and sometimes he ignored to take the loot from pick pocketing, also my auto loot was off. I think It's running better now. Thanks for this profile man! Hope I can get some gold with it..

Yeah when it says you do not have permission someone has already pickpocketed and it will take a little while before they can be pickpocketed again, the CR will blacklist the mob and move on with the hotspots, it can get confused but it will correct itself.
As for just ignoring I have not seen that myself the mob could be out of range if it is moving, that is why there is a distract on moving target. I am stumped here man you could try decreasing the range some anything over 7 should be good I keep mine at 9 with little problems when I am watching.
I am still playing with the CR trying to get it to sap before it pickpockets might make things easier if I ever figure it out.
I do apologize for not being too much help I am still learning as I go myself.
Sap before pickpocketing would be GREAT! It's okay man I understand. I actually removed distract from the CC. Since it threw it on my character making the mobs look at me and get attacked. Read the edit i did on the previous post. 
NEW thing i found. Moving to Type: Repair, Name: Fixxit Redhammer, when it tries to go there, he doesnt open the door..

That is odd HB must be finding you a repair vendor on its own the first one I posted did not have a vendor, please download v1.1 and try it out should run to "The Golden Pagoda" to repair at Merchant TanTan then run to "Mistfall Village" to mail and then back to grind area.
Hmm, How to I make honorbuddy NOT turn OFF autoloot in wow settings? This is what misses ALOT of loot for me. Cause it changes target fast enough to loot them, I need to have autoloot on, i tried with autoloot and it loots more, but it keeps turning autoloot OFF. Not looting but AUTO loot in wow settings
Are you using the plugin epicjunkbox by chance?
If so disable it its turning off autoloot and not turning back on.
