a very odd situation

So one of my accounts got suspended after running for 24/7 for 4 days straight in the same dungeon, apparently for hacking. I don't know what blizzard meant by that since I never used anything other than hb. So anyways after serving 72 hours in the can, I resumed botting 24/7 in the same dungeon again, and this account has been running for over 2 weeks straight now. So far, still not banned, how can it last this long especially if it was flagged before?
 
Blizzard works in mysterious ways - thought you knew that by now even though you're new.

Why do you even bother coming to the forums anymore when you don't read any responses to your threads?
 
You've been lucky. If you keep poking a sleeping lion, wondering why it hasn't attacked you, your wish may yet come true.

my account is expiring in 5 days anyway, i'm just trying to milk everything i can get out of it

Because you ask the same questions over and over. Questions that people have already answered for you. If your account is expiring, why do you care if you get banned or not on it? You've said in previous threads that you don't buy game cards; you just use the free 30 days and ditch the account after that. So why create a thread asking if you're risking a ban on an account you care nothing about? Hell, why create a thread at all?

No, it's not curiosity. You're wasting everyone's time. Stop being "curious" and start understanding what countless people have tried to tell you on this forum. Better yet, read what OTHERS have posted before creating your own thread.
