call me thick but can somebody help me set this up pls as my bot just hovers in mid air..

Well, if it's making you hover that's pretty dang cool. Disable "use mount" while using grind bot because it likes to mess up with mounts for some reason. Start the bot on the ground where the mogu spirits are un-mounted and you should be fine.
