everlook vendors are a bit messy but something I can't fix its in the meshes where HB freaks out:).

Glad to see people enjoy the profiles, hope you all get your mount soon.
 
I try and use this and it just says "could not generate path" and then gives co-ords. I started it at everlook flight master.
 
what profile did you use, what rep rank do you have? what hb version do you have? just a mere it doesn't work doesn't cut it.

I am neutral, used the exalted profile, have 1.9.5.5 hb. i start the profile from the everlook alliance flight master, and it just says "could not generate path (co-ords)". if i approach a mob it will auto attack and loot but it wont move my char.

hmm strange maybe you need to have, a other issue but unsure how to help you with that...

maybe run it to the qeust giver and try again with new folder of hb and such see what that gives as result!
 
ok - well i am grinding in netherstorm fine - it finds the paths ok - but it just doesnt want to go in winterspring. tomorrow morning i do fresh folder of HB and see if it changes anything... i tried to make a profile in shatari skyguard earlier and also got "could not generate path" so i wonder why it happens.
 
hmm alright, well try again with new folder then post here to let me know;)
 
Would this profile work for leveling from 58-60 or something of that nature? Get the mount while leveling :P?
 
wouldn't suggest it use at own risk, because vendors don't work properly due to meshes so your char is in a nutshell screwed.
 
I'm trying to get this working but so far no dice. Using the latest version of HB.

I have the plugin installed and enabled

Character is a level 80 Paladin
Current zone is: Winterspring
[mountDetect] initializing v1.4 private version for panYama
[mountDetect] found 35 possible mounts
[mountDetect] using Ice Mammoth now :>
[mountDetect] mounting up Ice Mammoth
Activity: Resting
Blessing of Might.
[mountDetect] mounting up Ice Mammoth


Thats what I get but then it doesn't mount and it just sits there. I'm neutral and I'm using the proper profile.
 
Giving this a whirl now, working perfectly so far. Actaeon + newest HB! Will edit with results! Using neutral.

ctark: Did you enable "use mount" in general settings? You positive you are having a working customclass(if using)?

Why is it giving me these errors? I'm neutral, Im using the EXALTED profile, using the addon and took him to Winterspring. I have it on Quest mode is that right?

Amazing profile, been running for 3 hours now and halfway into friendly would gladly paypal donate a few bucks as this is greatly appreciated.

this might be a cc problem so can't be solved here, enable quest mode indeed, and if it doesn't start at everlook for you go to the quest giver and try there.

Not sure why it won't do anything and sits there but what do the debug window say? and did you enable mounting?
this might be cc related, which cc are you using?


Also people keep in mind that mountdetect will say a message from time to time about a other mount but won't mount up, this is simply because its telling what mount its going to use next.
 
Ok, so. Tried it again today. Works fine it seems. Must have been some bug in my system :p

The only minor complaint i have is that sometimes my char kills too many mobs on the way back to the quest giver. Is this normal or just something we have to live with? I have HB set to questing, turned off kill between hotspots, turned off experimental path following, turned off ground mount farming mode, but ticked use mount.

Have i done it right?

also if anyone knows, i have karni's crap filter and blacklisted the grey items, but my char still sometimes loots them, is there something im doing wrong or is the addon crap? :)

Item with the same key has already been added error and HB crashes and i am standing next to the quest giver using the correct file. It mounts up then crashes.

Profiles work fine.
PanYama and I worked on and tested it together (just before I left for work).

As stated the vendor bugs out every now and then due to a faulty/missing mesh of the buildings he's in (as I was told this was the issue).
For the rest it works as intended.

If the mobs are on the kill list, they will get killed on the way back to the questgiver if the char gets aggroed.
Other than that I don't have a explanation if "Kill between hotspots" is not on.
Maybe it's a bug, maybe something else. Who knows :)
