It will take 20 days to get Reins of the Winterspring Frostsaber
Once you have 20 Winterspring Cub Wisker from the daily you need in your bags, 20 Runecloth & 20 Rugged Leather.

The behavoir is now updated, but due to bugs with the questing system you will see errors like:

Could not generate any hotspots for quest 'Borrowing' From the Winterfall. Please place a quest override for this quest.

Hopefully this will be fixed without me having to change the profile.
