A profile for best use of boon of the hoarder?

I was running the Cota run a couple times with "boon of the hoarder" and was thinking that a profile where the gem is best utilized would be good.

I was only using cota to see if It mattered what HP pool was killed, It worked well and I was wondering if someone had or could make a profile made for gold farming using boon of the hoarder as the keypoint of the profile.

i think mostly its just a matter of dense areas of mobs. running bounty profiles for act would probably be well enough with the several kill x/xxx amount of enemies kill *namedMob*
I changed the combat setting in the bounty profiles i DL'ed from here to be true instead of false. zerg mode might help some, but i rather my DH not be blocked by mobs or killed due to not attacking mobs surrounding me. and illusory boots are not a choice i want to make over my tasker and theo gloves.
