A plugin that logs you out after a set amount of time.

Does anyone know of a plugin that lets you set a time frame too run the bot, example like 2-3 hours, then closes WoW and exits honorbuddy? I did a quick search, but only found some really outdated posts.

You could use HBRelog for this. It's a 3rd party software.
