"A newer version of DNGuard Runtimer......" ??? what ??

That is a .NET obfuscator and code protector which is unhappily not that great.

Do you use any paid routines? Probably one of those or HB it self don't know what HB uses?

This^^

It's from TuanHA's routines. He uses a .dll for his paid routines (don't know about the free ones), and he requires a security file be in your main HB folder.

Why would I waste time on that, was just point out that like many others its just not safe. There is a whole private project which also offers a public version of it for out dated builds that does all that for you automatically and works pretty good even with the ones using symbols and other shit but since this sort of subject is not allowed to be discussed here I will leave it at that.
 
i made an update --> same problem

fresh install, fresh .zip, fresh .dll
 
just download the new dll file from tuanha site and palce it in you honorbuddy folder then its all fine and wil work im using all his paid versions just fine
