a new instal after removing my previous demonbuddy

I uninstalled and deleted all my previous demonbuddy folders because i kinda messed up and my bot wasnt working at all with or without pugins, so i tried a fresh start hoping that would work. But now my authentication key has stopped working on my pc.

the log file states you are not using the correct key
 
i wrote down my key and typed it back in correctly. has it stopped working for me now i removed all files and did a fresh start?
 
clear your settings folder and make sure you are using the correct key as shown in buddyauth.com
 
ive just registered to buddyaurth.com, but it's showing nothing, even after typing in my key
 
you cant track you key under Keys tab in auth portal?
 
i even took my deleted demonbuddy folders out of the recycle bin which had the key on it still, and when i tried it still said invalid key
 
How long should it take support to help? i got a reply within minutes asking for my key, after giving it ive had no further response. this was 22 hours ago
 
They got back to me and it's working now :) but i have a new problem, after the fresh instal, it says i have no plugins on the plugin tabs, but the folders are there. I have posted the latest log, i dont want to mess it up this time. Or If you have any links leading to a video of a fresh instal that could really help.

make a new installation from scratch and use EZUpdater for Trinity and Questools plz
