A little problem with my D3

Seems when I run my D3 as full screen and it runs very good, but when I bot my D3 with window screen, it stop for 1-2 seconds sometimes.. Anyone knows how to fix it? my graphic card is Geforce GTX 550 TI, 8G memory, Intel i5 core 3.16Hz 750G hard drive... this PC runs very good on D3 with the full screen, but not the windows screen...Help me out please, its really bad feeling when it stop for 1 sec and die after that.

BTW, everything is up to the date, I gues just need a little set up on the system, but I dont know how.

my resolution is 1600 x 900 NOW witch is best view right now, If I change to 1024 x 768 the view is gonna be really big...

What do you mean it stops for 1-2 sec? As in it is lagging? What profile are you using?
