A little help for a friendly new user?

So I'm trying this out on a recommendation from a buddy who uses the WoW version that this site supplies. But I have a few questions that I as of yet could not find the answers to. I have read most of the guides on here and have been trying for hours to figure it out myself before posting on here so that I would not look like an idiot. But here are a few questions for you.

1) I know I need to change my UI to default, but do I need to bind my abilities to any certain spots on my quickbar? And do my quickbar slots need to be binded to 1 2 3 4 5... ect?

2) Where do I set my toon up before I activate the bot? I.E. Say I'm doing hoth leveling, do I fly to hoth, exit the spaceship dock area, and just set the bot free? Not too clear on this..

3)What is the ban rate for using stuff like this? Obviously there will always be a risk, but just wondering how lucky the community has been thus far.

Another question was, do I need to be caught up to that planet on my class quests to use the grind profile?

3) Have there been bans unrelated to space bot? Haven't heard of any
