I've put together a comprehensive protected items list that I use in my personal profiles, it may be exhaustive but includes most ammo, conjured foods and items such as spellstones/firestones, health stones, soul shards, vendor foods, poisons, herbs, ores, skins, portal runes and spell reagents etc. so you should have no problems with it trying to mail these things to your banker.
I created this profile to give me an alternative to Scholazar Basin and Grizzly Hills. Evenings here tend to see and increase in ganking (being a PVP server) when people start logging on, so I move around when the going gets tough. Although it was made with a purpose, I figure other people might get some use out of it as well.
The bot will path back into Grizzly Hills to sell and repair, so an ideal starting point would be at the flight master in the Westfall Brigade Encampment.
If you identify an issue with the mesh or profile apart from those already listed here I would appreciate it if you could post it here for me to investigate.
The zip file includes two profiles, one is setup to sell everything it loots except skins and items blue quality or higher (it has the SellAll suffix). The other will sell anything below Green quality. So basically, one farms skins/nerubian chitin and greens, the other sells everything for gold.
I've done extensive testing today, reworked the mesh and the entire package is now in pretty good shape.

I've added two additional profiles for people who prefer to have their character repair/mail at the Argent Stand in Zul'Drak rather than running back to the Westfall Brigade Encampment. You can get these in the HB2 download below.
