[A-Grind] Skreef's Hyena Hacker [88-90]

{A reasonably quiet area.}

If you are a tank class use my Tiger Thumper profile once you hit 89, if not this profile is fine to grind from 89-90 as well. ;)

Difficulty: Moderate (cloth wearers may have difficulty with multiple mobs)
XP Return: 2.4 Mil Un-rested
Mail: My profile uses the mailbox at Gao Ran Battlefront!
Repair: My profile visits Ironshaper Peng at at Gao Ran Battlefront to repair your equipment.
Settings: No special settings or plugins required
Directions
1. Travel to Shadow-Pan fallback in Kun-Lai Summit.
2. Go through the Ancient Guo Lai Door and go up the stairs.
3. Exit via the South facing exit and travel along the wall until you enter the VOEB map.
4. Use the following picture:

Description:

Following on from my Turtle Trasher that takes you from 87 to 88 this profile will get you from 88 to 90 in an area that is reasonably quiet. If you are a tank class use my Tiger Thumper profile once you hit 89, if not this profile will get you to 90! You will see others in this area but not many and not often. Instead of Turtles this time we're beating on "Ashfang Hyena's" and the occasional flock of "Carrion Vultures." These hyenas have a 7% drop rate for Motes of Harmony, drop a reasonable amount of greens and can be skinned for exotic leather.

This is my second profile and contribution to the HB community, I hope that it is of use to you! If you have any comments, suggestions, questions or flames please use this thread. :p

Looks really good atm, playing as Rogue atm and they are really hard sometimes to grind with and this is just perfect having 2.3m un-rested. I had no trouble what so ever.

I noticed one thing, for us melee its a big problem. There is some Vultures sitting on the roofs and therefore my Rogue can't attack them, which make my character stuck. Can you make an file for <AvoidMobs> Carrion Vulture? I hope it doesn't take too much of your time, thank you :) (Ex, "Skreef's Hyena Hacker [Melee]" xml)

Hiya Wipen thanks for testing and reporting a problem! I've added a m?l?e only version of the profile (it's right at the bottom of the OP) that has the "Carrion Vultures" on the ignore mobs line. This should stop your rogue getting stuck, please note the XP per hour with this version may be slightly less. Let me know how you get on with it!

*I just tested this and can confirm that the m?l?e version ignores the birds on the roof of the tents! Enjoy :cool:

The ranged pull version of this profile has been deleted as it was flawed causing the bot to get stuck at one of the hotspots. The melee version is working fine and is the one listed in the OP.

Great Profile :) used your turtle one and both work very well i will defo be using your 89-90 one next keep up the good work :) would recommend!
 
When the bot goes for repairs and sells, the troll area is really really a bad idea, ive died 3-4 times just trying to get through to the vendors. You should have made it run along the beach line.

Afaik there is neither Trolls or beach line in this profile. I think your referring to my Turtle Trasher Profile. I had a similar experience with my Shadow Priest recently using the Turtle Trasher were she got hammered by the Trolls on her way to the mailbox. I'll look in to an update to it with a safer route to the vendor area however please use the relevant profiles thread for advising me of problems.
