FPSware's "The One" CC will have a lot of configurable options. Maybe not everything you're looking for, but it will be very flexible. I'm not sure when he will be releasing it though.

there are plugins that allow you to use your trinkets.

i think this plugin would be pointless if you cant use what we already have in place with some tweaking you just shouldnt bot imo

if anything cc developer could make everything with a gui to make it stupid prove and typo proof like
