a combat helper up to date?

Does anyone know of a plugin, that if you are standing in y, move closer to current target 1 yard outside y? And possibly that will read a text file for the spell ids to stand away from? Also something like stay x yards away from a spell object, or something like that? I know there used to be one, but nothing since MoP as far as i know.
