Please note that this is on your landing page. As you can see this downtime has already broken your SLA. I am fine to wait (although my RSI hates it), but you should change your advertising as it could be conceived as false!

Uptime and downtime with 99.9 % SLA

SLA level of 99.9 % uptime/availability gives following periods of potential downtime/unavailability:

Daily: 1m 26.4s
Weekly: 10m 4.8s
Monthly: 43m 49.7s
Yearly: 8h 45m 57.0s

The SLA calculator assumes a requirement of continuous uptime (i.e. 24/7 all year long) with following additional approximations (as described in the source):

365.243 days per year
52.178 weeks per year
30.437 days per month
4.348 weeks per month
 
Less QQ, they try an make it as safe as possible for us to use.. with these random/ninja patches they release it's safer to the have bot be down than just ignore the patches an leave the bot going on.. they are trying to make it less likely to be banned..

OMG. Go see the sun god dam it! 10 hours it has been down and you are crying over that. I tell you what go ask for a refund and build you're own bot but I guess you don't know how. It takes time to keep things update and we are not paying a subscription based bot if you where they you have all rights to say this crap.

So get over it and go play with yourself...child
 
I don't care if they take 2 weeks to fix it. Having a safe working HB is better than a rushed, untested, and unreliable HB. This wasn't a planned patch, it's hard to plan ahead when blizz springs these patches out of nowhere.
 
I am actually pointing out what they state on the website. I work in IT, if I state an SLA Ineed to meet it, if you don't there are penalties. I was actually advising them they should change this, not a QQ on downtime.

Read the posts, don't BOT them.
