99.9 percent update guarenteed

Why does your page when you go to buy the bot say 99.9 percent uptime guarenteed? It's not even close to up that often just missing slightly more than a day puts you guys behind that promise.

Thats for the auth server my friend. Has nothing to do with the actual bot being up. That sir, is game dependent & they can't place a number on that.

You should know that the bot is goes down for every patch.
We cannot control the actions of blizzard.

If you really wish to complain about an uptime guarantee, you can ask for a refund and we can deactivate your key.

Not always, The bot is up and usable at the moment.. But not to the general public.
Why?

Because its not safe and idiots like you would be back later to complain that you got banned so let them do their jobs..

This forum threat is like the one of the several i've read in the past half a day its BS.. In my experience they are up 99.9% and the devs and mods have explained why its down.. If you back dated your wow client the bots up.. You stuffed the bot by updating. (even though your force to)

While we all hate down time, I am happy the developers take the extra time to ensure the product is stable instead of just pushing out something that might have a flaw and increase your chance of getting banned.

Far from the truth. HB is not = GB2. Too many people are asking for a light version that supports LazyRaider and can be updated in a few hours so we can raid like we like to. And this is not comming to life.

If the devs cared this much about keeping our accounts safe they would change that note to "WARNING: using gatherbuddy for more than a couple hours per day will result in a 99.99% chance of ban". but that would lower sales, so it's not happening.

It's gatherbuddy that's causing the vast majority of account loss, not some detection code in the client.

that being said, these complaint threads are certainly dumb. need to wait 3 days or so before really freaking out. even wow doesn't have 99.99% uptime.

First and foremost i want to thank the people from HB to update this program and the testing to make sure its save again.

Next i do wonder though why people are so hostile against legitimite questions. Obviously external factors are to blame for the downtime of the bot, but that doesnt make it less so that the 99,9% uptime cant be obtained.
Its not like the OP is asking stuff in a hostile way, so why react in such a way?

It might be a question popping up like every update, and people might be fed up with it, but to be honest its the moderators/sales-reps job to deal with those "annoying" reaccuring questions.

Offtopic:This might be allready been asked before, but why dont you people put in a warning (or motd if thats possible) in HB when you start it up that you guys are busy with this? i've seen alot of hotfixes where my client updated something, and still HB continued to work. So when i started it yesterday it didnt work, and ive tried to reinstall it, and that obviously didnt work eighter .

Only when i went to the forums to see whats going on that i actually realised that there is another build of wow out. So a quick MOTD or warning in HB would be nice. It did say that the build was 0, but the new user as i am, i didnt know what that ment.

Also someone mentioned above a lite version. Now that would be awesome. I don't use HB for much more then a rotation bot as I cbf getting a ret set and doing things as a prot pally takes to long and repetitive. lol

I have also read others talk about a PQR or QPR can't remember what the order was but Ive never been able to get that thing to work

Let me enlighten you. Some people are pressing the F5 key from time to time to get some idea if they will be able to raid as usual. If you are sitting in a basement while playing WOW many others are not. Actually, "raiding as usual" can be way different from your fantasy. Instead of sitting in the basement, pressing 23241324r354, using a bot allows you to smoke, have a drink and lead a raid doing heroic modes.
Yes I do care if I will raid after 6 hours, or there will be thunderstorms and my net will be "unstable". I want to enjoy my smoke and drink and to let my toon do what its supposed to do while watching what 24 others are doing. I will so NOT be pressing 234324523434234. And I will be pressing F5 as many times as I want to, until I read what I want to read.
